Enrolment procedures
The first step to applying to enrol is to complete an Expression of Interest Form. The form can be returned in person, via email to enrolments@northrockhamptonshs.eq.edu.au or by phoning our office and providing details verbally.
Once we have received your expression of interest we will contact you to arrange an enrolment interview for you and your child with one of our Deputy Principals. Students enrolling in senior schooling will also complete a preliminary intake interview with our Guidance Officer.
Please bring with you to your interview the following documentation:
- Application for student enrolment form
- Enrolment Agreement
- State School Consent Form
- Student Resource Scheme Form
- Internet Declaration Form
- Student Absence Text message Form
- Instrumental Music Program Form (optional)
- Regenerate Program Form (Optional)
- Asthma Care Plan (If appropriate)
Enrolment Packages can also be collected from our School Office prior to your interview.
Documentation:
- Original Birth Certificate (if born in Australia)
- Passport, Visa, Citizenship Papers (if born outside of Australia)
- Legal Orders/documents (if applicable)
- USI Number (commencing Year7 students only)
