Students have the option of enrolling into a university subject/s while studying Year 11 and 12 at North Rockhampton High. Central Queensland University (CQUniversity) offer a Start Uni Now (SUN) program. The SUN program is for high performing students who can take on the challenge of tertiary level study. Some advantages of the SUN program include the possibility of being eligible to apply for direct entry into an undergraduate degree at CQUniversity and each course successfully completed contributes 2 points towards the Queensland Certificate of Education.
